Aerial Restore

with Paris Steinbaugh

The Pavillion: Nest | 1:00 - 2:00 PM

Feel lifted in both body and mind during this beginner-friendly aerial yoga class designed for deep rest and renewal. Nestled in nature, you'll stretch gently, decompress the spine, and sway in soothing stillness, supported by the aerial hammock. This calming practice blends meditative breathwork, gentle inversions, and guided visualizations to help you release tension and reconnect with your inner calm.

Class concludes with an extended floating cocoon savasana, accompanied by the soothing sound of a rainstick—a peaceful finish to this deeply nourishing experience.
