Join us for our second annual outdoor yoga festival! Immerse yourself in a day of mindful movement, community connection, and outdoor adventure as we combine yoga, hiking, meditation, SUP yoga, various wellness modalities, and more against the stunning backdrop of a serene lake. This festival is all about taking time to experience yourself, your community, and nature as one!

Festival Schedule

10:00 AM - Check-In!

10:30 AM - Welcome + Feel Good Flow with Rachel Brooks

11:45 AM - Lunch sponsored by Foode Cafe + Catering

For Sessions I-III, attendees will make personal session selections. (VIPs access sessions 6/15/25, Regular Pass Holders access registration 7/1/15)

12:30 PM -Session I

• Meditation Hike

• Paddle-Fit

4:30 PM - 6:30 PM - Dinner Available at The Whole Bowl Food Truck

5:00 PM - Paddle Palooza!

Join us on the water for some fun & games. Participate in our tandem SUP race (think 3-legged race on water!), tug-of-war championship, and more!
