Fallen Leaf Lake, Camas, WA

Welcome to year four of The Float & Flow Festival, and our most elevated gathering yet.

What started as a love letter to paddleboard yoga has grown into a two-day celebration for yoga lovers, nature seekers, and wellness explorers under the open skies of the Pacific Northwest. Think summer camp energy with a mindful twist—floating sound baths, meditation hikes, aerial yoga under open skies, and unique experiences designed to help you reconnect with nature, community, and yourself. This year’s theme, Elevate, invites you to deepen your practice, spark curiosity, and experience moments that leave you feeling uplifted long after the weekend ends.

Behind the scenes, Float & Flow is powered by a growing collective of yoga studios, movement instructors, wellness providers, and mission-aligned brands who believe that time in nature and authentic community can transform the way we feel in our bodies and our lives.

Together, we’re creating a one-of-a-kind weekend where strangers become friends, practices deepen, and everyone leaves a little more inspired than when they arrived.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Golden Hour Social + Mingle

As the sun begins to dip, gather with fellow attendees for a relaxed hour of conversation and connection. This unstructured social time offers space to reflect on the day's experiences, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful lakeside setting before the evening festivities begin.

As part of the celebration, we're partnering with Garden to Glass to serve a complimentary handcrafted botanical mocktail to each attendee. Choose between a calming Sleepy Mocktail featuring tart cherry, magnesium, and sparkling water, or a refreshing Lavender Vanilla Mocktail crafted with floral botanicals, vanilla, cream, and sparkling water. (Can't decide? Additional mocktails will be available for purchase.)

5:15 PM - 5:45 PM | Lean In with Jill Knouse & Tracey Coleman

Come for the mocktails, stay for the community. During the Golden Hour Social, join Jill Knouse and longtime friend and Elevate Yoga Teacher Training co-facilitator Tracey Coleman for a playful, interactive experience that turns a park full of strangers into friends through breath, balance, and a whole lot of good-natured wobbling. We'll move, play, giggle our way through it, and probably tip over a few times. No experience necessary. Nothing to bring but yourself. Come as you are, and we'll do the rest.

6:00 PM | Festival Feast – Seated Dinner

Our Saturday evening Festival Feast brings the community together for a celebratory shared meal. Enjoy a nourishing dinner alongside fellow attendees, teachers, and volunteers as we reflect on the weekend’s experiences. This special gathering is a time to savor good food, meaningful conversation, and the sense of connection that makes the festival community so unique.
