Float & Flow Festival Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. To ensure a smooth experience, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Refund Eligibility:
Early Bird Tickets:
Tickets purchased as part of the Early Bird promotion are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Standard Tickets:
Within 10 Days of the Event: Tickets are non-refundable.
More than 10 Days Before the Event: Partial refunds are available for cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event. Refunds will be provided for up to 50% of the ticket price minus standard processing fees.
Cancellation Process:
If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must notify us via phone (360.207.0257) or email (hello@tadasanaadventures.com). Be sure to provide your booking details and clearly state your intention to cancel. Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the process.
Cancellation requests received within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made more than 10 days before the event, refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Non-Transferability and Resale:
Tickets purchased for the Float & Flow Festival are non-transferrable and non-resellable.
The festival organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who presents a ticket that has been transferred, resold, or obtained through unauthorized means.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions, that necessitate the cancellation of the Float & Flow Festival, refunds will be processed in accordance with the options available at that time. These options may include rescheduling the event or providing partial refunds.
Organizer's Discretion:
The festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to the cancellation policy or refund eligibility at their discretion.
Any changes to the cancellation policy will be communicated to ticket holders through the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.

This policy applies to our Float & Flow Festival passes. Different policies may apply to standard bookings, donation-based events, retreats, and other specialized services. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
