Trail to Tranquility: A Micro Retreat

Step off the beaten path and into a day of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Join Tadasana Adventures founder Haley for a one-of-a-kind experience blending yoga, hiking, self-care, and community.

Your day begins with a signature pre-hike yoga flow to warm up your body and breath before embarking on a guided 8+ mile mindful hike through the forest with mountain views. Along the way, savor a personalized trailside charcuterie box (all dietary needs accommodated) and take in the beauty of the season.

After the trail, enjoy a self-massage workshop with Christina Ritchmond, LMT of Scoliosis Wellness, where you’ll learn techniques to soothe sore muscles with your take-home cork massage ball. We’ll end our day gathering around the fire with gourmet s’mores before a private shuttle returns you to your car.

9:00 AM – Pre-Hike Yoga at Moulton Falls Regional Park with Haley Finnegan

10:00 AM – Guided Hike with Lunch Break and Moving Meditations (8+ miles, 1700+ ft gain)

2:30 PM – Self-Massage Workshop with LMT Christina Ritchmond

3:30 PM – Campfire + S’mores

4:00 PM – Shuttle back to Moulton Falls lot

4:30 PM – Farewell
