Day Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide flexibility and convenience to our valued customers. To ensure a smooth experience, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation
a. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled date and time.
b. A portion of your retreat cost ($50) is non-refundable, as these funds are used to secure transport, food, and other event costs.
c. If the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, you will be refunded the remainder of your booking fee (less any processing fees).
d. In place of a refund, you may also choose to apply the refundable portion as credit toward another Tadasana Adventures event of equal or lesser value.
e. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refunds and Credits
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and credits will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card.
Please note that any processing fees or charges levied by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
Exceptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will review each case individually and make reasonable accommodations.
We reserve the right to modify or adjust this policy on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances or promotional offers.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, you can make direct changes in your Acuity Scheduling account or contact Tadasana Adventures via phone (360.207.0257) or email (hello@tadasanaadventures.com). Be sure to provide your booking details and clearly state your intention to cancel. Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the process.
Note
Failure to provide the required 72-hour notice for cancellation will result in forfeiture of your entire booking fee.
This policy applies to day retreat bookings. Different policies may apply to donation-based events, multi-day retreats, festivals, and other specialized services. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
