Call for Vendors
We are now accepting applications for vendors at our 2025 Float & Flow Festival!
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your products and services to an engaged community of wellness enthusiasts. If your brand aligns with wellness, mindfulness, sustainability, or holistic living, we invite you to join us as a vendor.
Vendor Booth Details:
Date: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12, 2025
Location: Fallen Leaf Lake, Camas, WA
Sales Hours: 6.5 hours daily, from 12:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Booth Setup Includes:
6-foot table with black linens and 2 chairs
10'x10' tented booth space with covering
Access to electricity (available upon request)
Additional Perks:
Featured in festival marketing, with your logo on event signage, website, and social media
Complimentary lunch and dinner
Admission for up to 3 booth attendants
Access for you and your team to join festival activities (pre-registration required)
In-Kind Donation Opportunities: We’re also welcoming in-kind donations for our festival swag bags, providing additional exposure for your brand.
Cost:
$200 per day
Early Bird Rate: $150 per day (if paid before February 28, 2025)

Please fill out our Online Application Form below. In your application, be sure to include the following:
Brief Brand/Business Description: Tell us about your mission and values.
Description of Products or Services: Provide a short summary of the offerings you’ll be selling.
Why You’re a Great Fit for Float & Flow: Explain how your business aligns with our festival’s values and audience.
Special Requirements: Let us know if you have any specific needs, such as electricity access or additional space.
Vendor spots are limited. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Early Bird pricing applies to those who apply and submit payment by February 28, 2025.
