Then, we’ll dive into arm balances and inversions—think crow, flying splits, forearm stand, and more! You’ll learn tips and tricks to find lift-off, build strength, and stay steady, plus how to sneak these shapes into your regular flow. Whether you’re brand new to balancing or looking to level up, come ready to play, explore, and maybe even surprise yourself.
Meet Lindsay Anderson
Lindsay Anderson (she/her) is a California native now based in Portland, OR, where she earned her M.A. in Professional Mental Health Counseling – Addictions. A lifelong mover and adventurer, Lindsay finds her greatest peace in nature and her deepest healing through embodied movement. Her teaching blends breath, body awareness, and a spirit of play, with the intention of helping others feel at home in themselves.
Lindsay has completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Michele Ainza, IRL Flow School with Bonnie Weeks, and the Art of Yoga Sequencing with Jason Crandell. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her exploring mountain trails or soaking in the quiet wisdom of the natural world.
