In this workshop, participants will be guided in a series of accessible techniques designed to regulate the nervous system. Together, we’ll practice methods to energize a sluggish nervous system, soothe a hyperactive nervous system, and come back to center. Through a blend of simple breathwork, movement, self massage and practical exercises, attendees will discover tools they can draw on anytime they need either to rouse or to calm.
This workshop is designed to be interactive, supportive, and easy to follow, offering a balance of activation and restoration. Whether you’re seeking to build resilience, navigate stress, or simply enhance your sense of empowerment to influence your states of being, you’ll walk away with practical skills to integrate into your daily life.
Participants will also receive a toolkit zine to make notes and take away.
No prior experience is required—this session welcomes all levels and emphasizes self selection into the exercises that feel right. Come experiment and play.
