Curious about stand-up paddleboarding? New to yoga? Never tried combining the two? This workshop is the perfect way to dive in—no experience necessary.
We’ll start on land, covering the basics of paddleboarding and water safety before taking to the lake. Once on the water, you’ll paddle out to a calm, anchored line and be guided through a beginner-friendly SUP yoga practice. Expect to explore seated, kneeling, and optional standing postures designed to help you feel steady, confident, and connected.
This is a supportive and playful space to try something new, challenge your balance, and enjoy nature from a whole new perspective.
Meet Mera Cosgrove
Mera Cosgrove is the founder of Mera’s Warriors, LLC, and brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. A certified holistic health coach and women’s fitness expert, Mera has helped thousands of individuals improve their health and vitality through personalized coaching, movement, and education.
Her specialties include group yoga, athletic performance, pre- and postnatal fitness, mobility and flexibility, senior fitness, and stroke rehabilitation. Mera’s mission is to help women understand the incredible design and healing power of their bodies. She believes that with the right tools and support, everyone can access the energy, resilience, and well-being they’re meant to enjoy.
Mera holds certifications from YogaFit, NASM, ACE, NCSM, NESTA, FAI, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, among others. Her classes and coaching are rooted in empowerment, function, and whole-body wellness.
