Rooted in Growth: A Journey Inspired by the Oak Tree

with Rhian Rotz

The Hollow | 3:30 - 5:00 PM

In this workshop, we will use the oak tree as a metaphor to explore strength, connection, and transformation. Tapping into the natural world as a creative source, participants will be invited to complete a series of short, facilitated activities that explore the idea of roots, acorns, leaves and the canopy of community. Activities will involve reflection, movement, nature-art and conversation. Participants will be invited to spend time individually, in pairs or as a group to get curious, explore and connect. The workshop is designed to be a nurturing, creative and inclusive experience to foster self-awareness and personal growth.  No prior experience is necessary.
