Your Body as Poetry: Kindred Meditation

with Lumalia Armstrong

The Meadow | 3:30 - 5:00 PM

Kindred is a somatic movement meditation that blends imagination, intuitive motion, and the wisdom of the body to create space for healing, creativity, and connection. Easy to learn and deeply transformative, this practice invites you to explore shifting emotional states, listen to your body’s inner cues, and move from a place of authenticity.

In this session, movement becomes meditation—a chance to awaken your intuition, express yourself freely, and feel empowered in both body and life. You’ll connect with others, enjoy a sense of supportive community, and experience the freedom of gentle, expressive movement. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. If you enjoy ecstatic dance, somatic movement, or simply letting go—this is your space.

We'll begin seated and may move into standing practice depending on the space and group needs. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and feel free to bring a pillow or blanket for added comfort.
