Thank you for joining us as vendors again at our 2025 Float & Flow Festival!
Vendor Booth Details:
Date: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12, 2025
Location: Fallen Leaf Lake, Camas, WA
Sales Hours: 6.5 hours daily, from 12:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Booth Setup Includes:
6-foot table with black linens and 2 chairs
10'x10' tented booth space with covering
Access to electricity (available upon request)
Additional Perks:
Featured in festival marketing, with your logo on event signage, website, and social media
Complimentary lunch and dinner
Admission for up to 3 booth attendants
Access for you and your team to join festival activities (pre-registration required)
In-Kind Donation Opportunities: We’re also welcoming in-kind donations for our festival swag bags, providing additional exposure for your brand.
Cost:
$200 per day
