Thank you for joining us as vendors again at our 2025 Float & Flow Festival!

Vendor Booth Details:

  • Date: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12, 2025

  • Location: Fallen Leaf Lake, Camas, WA

  • Sales Hours: 6.5 hours daily, from 12:00 pm - 6:30 pm

  • Booth Setup Includes:

    • 6-foot table with black linens and 2 chairs

    • 10'x10' tented booth space with covering

    • Access to electricity (available upon request)

  • Additional Perks:

    • Featured in festival marketing, with your logo on event signage, website, and social media

    • Complimentary lunch and dinner

    • Admission for up to 3 booth attendants

    • Access for you and your team to join festival activities (pre-registration required)

  • In-Kind Donation Opportunities: We’re also welcoming in-kind donations for our festival swag bags, providing additional exposure for your brand.

Cost:

  • $200 per day
