Jennifer Delliquadri, founder of Subtle Shifts, is a certified yoga instructor, professional life coach, and integrated trauma practitioner with over 18 years of experience empowering individuals to lead more joyful and balanced lives. With a background in psychology and education, Jennifer specializes in guiding women through life’s transitions with mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical strategies.
Her teaching style blends gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic practices to help participants reconnect with their bodies and release stored tension.
