ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
Who says paddle season has to end with summer?
Paddleboarders + kayakers, this one’s for you. Pull on a sweater and join us for a crisp fall morning outside.
We’ll paddle out together for a floating breakfast surrounded by changing leaves, cool air, and good company. We’ll bring the breakfast and hot drinks. You bring your layers and sense of adventure. Think blankets piled onto boards and kayaks, warm mugs in hand, rosy cheeks, and a crew that isn’t quite ready to call it quits on paddle season.
Then, we’ll slow things down.
Grace Cunningham, Reiki Master + Energy Wellness Practitioner, will guide us through a Reiki-infused meditation and group Reiki experience—all while floating beneath the open sky.
Feel the gentle movement beneath you. Breathe deeper. Soften. Release some of what you’ve been carrying. And discover what happens when you combine the restorative power of Reiki with the magic of being outside.
Part fall paddle. Part community gathering. Part deeply restorative reset.
Come for the crisp air, fall color + floating breakfast. Stay for a little Reiki magic on the water.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
-
We want you to have the information you need to choose your own adventure. Here's what to expect:
You'll need to be comfortable getting on and off a paddleboard from shore and spending approximately 45 minutes sitting or lying on an anchored board. No previous Reiki experience is needed. You do not need to be an experienced paddler—we'll review the basics before getting on the water.
-
Please bring:
Dry bag — we'll also provide a communal dry bag for car keys, phones, and wallets.
Spill-proof travel mug with a secure lid — something that can safely sit on your board or kayak without sloshing or spilling. We'll have a few extras available, too.
Water bottle
Towel + change of clothes — just in case you get wet! You'll probably want to leave these in your vehicle for after your adventure.
We’ve got you covered with:
Coffee & Breakfast Picnic
Cozy blankets
Hand warmers
Paddleboards & Kayaks with paddles and life vests for those renting gear
A communal drybag for car keys, phones, and wallets
Need gear?
Paddleboards and Kayaks are available to rent for $15 during registration. Event rentals are available to all registered participants unless otherwise noted.

Please leave them safely at home and help us create a welcoming, comfortable experience for everyone.
Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Emotional support animals and pets are not considered service animals. If you'll be participating with a service animal, we encourage you to contact us before the event so we can help you plan for any event-specific terrain, water, equipment, or safety considerations.
